his document describes how to use the Telecom gateway server. In this document, the device
is referred to as the Telecom gateway server.
I. Brief introduction of equipment functions
1. The device can collect IPTV signals from China Unicom/China Telecom and other operators,
and deliver the live broadcast signals to the terminal through forwarding. The terminal
only needs to install the matching APK to watch TV normally.
2. The device can simultaneously collect multicast signals and unicast signals of IPTV
services of China Unicom/China Telecom and other operators. The signal output mode can
be customized unicast or multicast.
3. The device can transmit satellite receiver or other multi-program streams
4. IPTV signals of China Unicom/China Telecom and other operators shall meet the following
conditions:
1) Light Cat has opened IPTV service;
2) The access type of IPTV signals of carriers is DHCP, fixed IP, or PPPoE. If PPPoE is
used, the account and password of IPTV service are required.
3) Carrier IPTV signal source acquisition and judgment of specific types need to be
determined by packet capture analysis.
5. The device can create a round-robin channel (self-built channel)
6. Apk applications of terminals (STB or TV) provide services through cloud management
system based on public network or Intranet, including APK upgrades, template elements
updates, etc.
