2．操作方法：

操作前准备工作如下：

1、检查按钮开关是否打开。

2.放置定位块注意事项：定位块正常发货已经放好在炉膛里面！炉口用适量的保温棉堵一下，防止炉温向外散热。

（1）、 接通电源，电源插头上方的电源开关打开。(注：风扇更具温度范围自动工作。

（2）、 点击触摸屏启动按钮，温控仪开始运行。所看到的界面即为基本界面。

（3）、 设定温度点相关操作如下 

3.1   触摸屏显示设置温度和测量温度,测量温度是炉子内部加热的测量温度，设置温度是所需要加温到多少度，启动按键是温度设置好以后按下启动按钮，这是运行状态指示灯会变成绿色，显示正在运行，开始加温。停止按钮点击一下炉子停止加温，但是测量温度依然显示炉温。（比如我们现在设置300度，点击设置温度，然后输入300，再点击启动就可以升温了

4）、打开开关，校验炉开始升温。当PV窗口的实际炉温和SV窗口的设定炉温接近之后，再恒温40分钟就可以进行热电偶的检测。

（5）、 检测完毕后，依次点击停止按钮、电源开关（开关弹起），炉温降至100℃，关闭开关并切断电源。

4注意事项(matters needing attention)：

（1）现场使用时，电源插头要可靠接地。

(when using on site, the power plug should be reliably grounded.)

（2）被检热电偶在距工作端20cm长度要进行校直，并缓缓放入测孔内。

(The thermocouple under test shall be straightened 20cm from the working end and slowly put into the measuring hole.)

友谊提醒：在运输前请将炉内均力快轻轻提出放入炉内时请将均力块下边的孔对   准炉内底部的控温电偶轻轻放入！！！

5. 常见故障及处理方法。
