Thermometer operation:
1. Press ON/OFF to power on.
2. Press MODE toggle to temperature mode.
3. Press HR/MIN/- to reduce 1 degrees of setting temperature.
4. Press SEC/+ to add 1 degrees of setting temperature.
5. Press START/STOP can enable temperature alarm.
6. Press START/STOP can disable temperature alarm.
7. Press both HR/MIN/- and SEC/+ can reset setting temperature to default 50°C(122°F).
8. When current temperature achieve the set value, the buzzer will alert.
9. Press START/STOP can stop buzzer alert.
Timer count down operation:
1. Press ON/OFF to power on.
2. Press MODE toggle to timer mode.
3. Press HR/MIN/- to setting timer hours and minutes.
4. Press SEC/+ to setting seconds.
5. Press START/STOP to start timer.
6. Press START/STOP can pause timer.
7. Press both HR/MIN/- and SEC/+ can reset timer to zero.
8. When timer count down to zero, the buzzer will alert.
9. Press START/STOP can stop buzzer alert.
