可焊接各种刀具毛坯、铜-铝过渡接头、双金属轴承、气门、转向拉杆、半轴、减振器、增压器涡轮轴、S形凸轮轴、套筒扳手、建筑螺纹钢、钻杆、抽油杆、电机轴等零部件产品。摩擦焊也常用于异种金属焊接,如铝与铜、钢、镍、镁合金;铜与钢、银等,在铝-铜导线过渡接头的焊接方面应用广泛。
Friction welding refers to the one pressure welding method that uses the heat generated by the friction of the surface of the weldment to make the end face reach the thermoplastic state, and then quickly forge to complete the welding.
It can weld various tool blanks, copper-aluminum transition joints, bimetal bearings, valves, steering rods, half shafts, shock absorbers, turbocharger turbine shafts, S-shaped camshafts, socket wrenches, construction threaded steel, drill pipes, Sucker rods, motor shafts and other parts and components. Friction welding is also commonly used in dissimilar metal welding, such as aluminum and copper, steel, nickel, magnesium alloy; copper and steel, silver, etc., in the aluminum-copper wire transition joint welding is widely used.

5. Optional edge slag removal device can be equipped to automatically remove welding slag after welding is completed, which is more convenient and quick, and the welding place is beautiful. Figure 1 shows the example after slag removal.
