摩擦焊，是指利用焊件表面相互摩擦所产生的热能，使端面达到热塑性状态，然后迅速顶锻，完成焊接的一种压焊方法。

可焊接各种刀具毛坯、铜-铝过渡接头、双金属轴承、气门、转向拉杆、半轴、减振器、增压器涡轮轴、S形凸轮轴、套筒扳手、建筑螺纹钢、钻杆、抽油杆、电机轴等零部件产品。摩擦焊也常用于异种金属焊接，如铝与铜、钢、镍、镁合金；铜与钢、银等，在铝-铜导线过渡接头的焊接方面应用广泛。

It can weld various tool blanks, copper-aluminum transition joints, bimetal bearings, valves, steering rods, half shafts, shock absorbers, turbocharger turbine shafts, S-shaped camshafts, socket wrenches, construction threaded steel, drill pipes, Sucker rods, motor shafts and other parts and components. Friction welding is also commonly used in dissimilar metal welding, such as aluminum and copper, steel, nickel, magnesium alloy; copper and steel, silver, etc., in the aluminum-copper wire transition joint welding is widely used.
