# Diaphragm Pressure Gauge

## Application

The diaphragm pressure gauge is applicable to measure low pressure or negative pressure of various fluid media that are corrosive to some extent, non-solidifying or non-crystallizing. Its corrosion resistance depends on the diaphragm material.

## Principle

The instrument consists of a measuring system, a transmission indicating mechanism and a housing, etc. Its working principle is based on the deformation of elastic elements. Under the pressure of the measured medium, the diaphragm is forced to generate corresponding elastic deformation - displacement. With the linkage group and through the transmission and amplification of the transmission mechanism, the pointer fixed on the gear gradually indicates the measured value on the dial.

## Normal Working Conditions

1. The normal working ambient temperature of the instrument is -40℃ ～ 70℃.

2. The vibration condition of the normal working environment of the instrument should not exceed the V.H.3 or V.H.4 level specified in GB4439/T.

3. The working pressure of the instrument is generally used up to 3/4 of the upper limit of measurement.

4. The instrument should be installed vertically.

5. **Relative Humidity**: Not more than 85%.

6. **Temperature Influence**: When the ambient temperature deviates from 20℃ ± 5℃, the indication error of the instrument is not greater than 0.04%/℃.

## Measurement Range

Selectable between -0.1KPa and 60KPa.

When ordering, it is necessary to specify: model, instrument diameter, thread standard, measurement range, installation direction, accuracy class.

Users can negotiate to specify special joint threads.

The accuracy class of the instrument can be determined through negotiation.

原   理

仪表由测量系统、传动指示机构和外壳等组成。其作用原理是基于弹性元件变形。在被测介质的压力作用下，迫使膜片产生相应的弹性变形—位移，借助连杆组经传动机构的传动并予放大，由固定于齿轮上的指针逐渐将被测值在刻度盘上指示出来。

    4. 仪表应垂直安装。

    5. 相对湿度：不大于85%。

    6. 温度影响：当使用环境温度偏离20℃ ±5℃时，仪表的示值误差不大于0.04%℃。
