Encore Lance Extensions
Introduction
This instruction sheet covers Encore 150-, 300-, and 600-mm Lance Extensions. These extensions can be
used on both Encore and Encore LT manual powder spray guns.
Installation
1. Remove the deflector (if used), nozzle nut, and
nozzle from the spray gun.
2. Remove shipping cap from the front of the
lance assembly and the shipping paper from
inside the lance housing.
3. Pull the electrode assembly out of the lance
housing. Remove the shipping cap from the
end.
4. Install the lance electrode assembly on the end
of the spray gun electrode assembly.
5. Install the lance housing over the electrode and
onto the end of the spray gun. Tighten the
housing on the gun.
6. Remove the lance nozzle sleeve from the end
of the lance housing, install the nozzle on the
lance housing, and secure it with the lance
nozzle sleeve.
7. Install the deflector (if used) on the end of the
electrode. Be careful not to bend the electrode
wire.
